External influences table
Record the external influences per room according to the AREI and export them.
For a non-domestic installation you record, per room, which external influences the installation is exposed to, such as temperature, water, dust, impacts, or the competence of the people present. Condui creates a table for this following AREI Book 1, chapter 2.10, and keeps it with the project's other documents.
Which projects?
The table is available in projects with the Non-domestic profile. You set the profile in the project properties, under Installation > Profile.
You create the table in premium cloud projects, including your one free cloud project. In a local project, External influences shows a premium star. Choose it and Condui starts the upgrade to premium. The table is left out of exports with a watermark.
The table follows the Belgian AREI. If the installation's country is set to a country other than Belgium, you can't create a table.
Create a table
- Open the Documents view.
- Click :ui-icon[create-project] Add documents and choose External influences. If the project has no documents yet, click Create external influences table below the upload area.
- Name each room in the first column. Add room adds a row.
- Click a cell and choose the class that applies.
The columns follow the AREI codes, grouped by type of influence: environment (AA to AN), utilization (BA to BE), and buildings (CA and CB). Hover over a column heading for the full name. The last column shows whether the room is publicly accessible.
Suggestions per room
When Condui recognizes a room name, such as a bathroom, garage, or technical room, a suggestion appears next to the name. Hover over it to preview the suggestion in the table, and choose Apply to use it. Always check a suggestion: you know the room, Condui only knows its name.
Right-click a row to duplicate or remove a room.
Export
- Download table gives you the table as an Excel file.
- When the Documents tile is on in the PDF export and the table is included in the export, it becomes a landscape page in the PDF.
When the table is wider than your screen, the room column stays visible while you scroll sideways.
