Export to PDF

Project sections, page layout, and PDF output.

Check the project first

  1. Open :ui-icon[validation] AREI Validation and resolve important errors.
  2. Check the :ui-icon[tally] Hardware tally.
  3. In Properties, enter the project, customer, installation, and installer details that must appear in the PDF.
  4. Check every view for clipped text, overlaps, and missing page content.

Create the PDF

  1. Under Page count, check how many pages each section and the complete export will produce.
  2. Enable Include installation dates if date markers must appear in the export.
  3. Enable :ui-icon[editable-export] Keep PDF editable in Condui when the option is available and the recipient must be able to reopen the project in Condui later. For team projects, the editable PDF policy determines which roles may do this.
  4. Click Export and wait for processing to finish.
  5. Open the downloaded file and check every page.

Export problems

The PDF contains old dataSave the changes and choose Export to PDF again, rather than only opening an old downloaded file.
The editable option is missingCheck the project status, connection, account access, and export mode. Also download a project copy through Menu > :ui-icon[project-download] Download project.
