Team library
Share datasheets, manuals and certificates with your team and add them to team projects in one click.
The same inverter datasheet, the same EV charger manual: in a team you often use the same documents project after project. The team library keeps those documents in one place, and you add them to a project without searching for and uploading them again every time.
Who can use it?
The team library comes with a team subscription and works in team projects only. Personal projects and the team library stay separate.
| Role | Team library |
|---|---|
| Team owner and admins | Add documents, approve proposals, rename and remove. |
| Editors | Add documents to a project and propose documents. |
| Viewers and people outside the team | No access. |
Adding a document to a project
- Open a team project and go to the Documents view.
- Click :ui-icon[create-project] Add documents and choose From team library.
- Search by name or pick a category, and click Add.
Condui puts a copy of the document in the project. It behaves like any other document: you link it to a device, include it in the export, and it counts toward the project's document storage. Because it is a copy, the project stays complete even if the document later leaves the team library.
Putting a project document in the library
Right-click an uploaded document, or open its properties:
- As an owner or admin, choose Save to team library. The document is available to the whole team right away.
- As an editor, choose Propose to team library. An owner or admin approves the proposal in their account.
Managing the library
Team owners and admins manage the library in their account, under Team > Documents. There you see editors' proposals, add new documents, change a name or category, and remove documents that are no longer needed. Projects that already use a document keep their copy.
The team library holds PDFs and images of up to 20 MB per file, up to 500 MB per team in total.
