Sharing, QR codes, and labels
Create or review project share links, QR previews, edit access, PIN behavior, and printable labels.
Sharing turns a cloud project into a link that another person can open. Depending on the project and account state, Condui can show public viewing links, edit links, QR codes, and printable labels.
Link Types
| Link | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Public or limited link | Let someone inspect project information without unlocked editing. |
| Edit link | Give controlled edit access where the workflow supports it. |
| QR code | Put the share URL on a printout, panel label, or site note. |
| Printable label | Generate a formatted label with the project name, address, QR code, and access guidance. |
Review Checklist
- Confirm which link is enabled.
- Check whether the link is public, limited, or editable.
- Review PIN behavior before sharing edit access.
- Preview the QR code.
- Choose the label size that matches the physical use.
- Export or print the label.
Never publish personal share data in docs
Docs screenshots should use the synthetic /demo/manage sharing state. Avoid real project names, customer addresses, production share URLs, and edit PINs.
