Build a project

Start from a project, learn the editor shell, and move through one-wire, plan, panel, validation, tally, sharing, and export.

This is the shortest useful path through Condui. It assumes you want a project that can be reviewed, shared, and exported.

1. Open Or Create The Project

Start on the home screen.

• Create a new project when you are starting from project details.
• Open the bundled demo project when you want to learn without touching a real job.
• Import a project ZIP or editable project PDF when you are continuing earlier work.
• Use recent project cards to rename, download, move, delete, or reopen existing work.

Project details matter later

Name, address, customer, installer, voltage system, supply details, logo, and signature fields appear in exports and labels. Fill them early if the PDF is meant for review.

3. Build The Electrical Structure

Use the one-wire canvas to create the schematic hierarchy:

1. Add panels and supply relationships.
2. Add protections, circuits, endpoints, trunk devices, notes, and frames.
3. Use automatic names and branch labels where they help readability.
4. Select wires, protections, circuits, and endpoints to refine metadata in properties.

4. Prepare And Use The Plan

Use the plan canvas to connect the schematic to physical locations:

1. Import or draw the situation plan.
2. Set scale if distances matter.
3. Follow Place and move symbols to drag automatic plan placements directly, move them to another floor, or position a sequence with Quick Placer.
4. Move placements, adjust symbol size, and filter visible placements when the plan gets dense.

5. Organize The Panel Grid

Use the panel canvas to lay out board modules:

• Focus all panels or a specific panel.
• Add panel-related modules from the library.
• Drag modules between slots where supported.
• Auto-arrange when you need a clean starting layout.
• Use rewire mode when relationships need correction.
